Spicy Shrimp Noodle
- 2 cups Shrimp

- 1Tbl Dried Parsley
- 1tsp Dried Basil
- 1tsp Dried Cilantro
- 1tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 6 Red Hot Chili Peppers, chopped
- ½tsp Cayenne
- ½tsp Black Pepper
- ½tsp Accent (MSG)
- ½ cup chopped Creole Seasoning

- ¼ cup frozen peas
- ½ cup diced red/yellow/orange bell pepper
- 3 large white mushrooms, sliced thin
- 1 can Straw Mushrooms
- 1 can sliced Water Chestnuts
- ½ pkg White Beech Mushrooms
- ½ stick butter or margarine, cut into pats
- 4 pkg Shrimp Flavor Mama Noodles
- 8 cups water
- Lime Wedges
- Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
In a soup pot over high heat: melt the butter, then add the shrimp, veggies, herbs and seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink and the onions start to get clear.
Add the water and the contents of the Noodle packages, including the seasoning packets. Crunch up the noodles for easier serving/eating... leave whole if you like to eat them with chopsticks.
Boil until noodles are soft, stirring occasionally.
Serve in bowls, squeeze some lime juice on top and add as much Sriracha as you like.
