Creole Coleslaw
- 1 Cup Blue Plate Light Mayonaise
- ¼ Medium Red Onion
- 1 Tbl Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1T Zatarain's Creole Mustard
- 1 tsp Cajun Land Seasoning
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 14oz bag Dole Classic Coleslaw Mix
Just mix the mayo and seasonings in a large sealable bowl. Then add the coleslaw mix. Stir to coat and let sit in the fridge overnight. Serve cold. Doesn't get any easier!!
