Crabmeat au Gratin
- 1 cup Creole Seasoning
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1lb crabmeat
- 1lb shredded cheese
- Make a roux with the seasoning, margarine and flour.
- Add the evaporated milk and crabmeat, stir and let thicken. Add Tony's or other spicy stuff if you want. If it needs to thicken more, add some cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole greased with margarine. Top the mixture with shredded cheese. Bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese becomes bubbly and begins to brown.
